Scope
This course is covers both proactive risk management approaches and reactive accident investigation techniques required for continuous improvement focusing on shipboard work organization.
Objectives
Those successfully completing this course shall be able to identify all risks related to work on board and be able to provide pro-active actions to mitigate risks.
It also provides trainees with various techniques and procedures in incident investigation.
With the correct approach, trainees would be able to prevent near-misses turning into major incident on board.
